My name is Emmett Wesley Dudley III, although almost everyone knows me as Wes.

Before I was a leader, a speaker, or an advocate, I was a husband, a father, and a man of faith. Those are the roles that have shaped my life far more than any job title ever could.

I have been incredibly blessed with an amazing wife, Libby, whose love, strength, and unwavering support have carried us through life's greatest joys and its most difficult challenges. Together, we've built a life centered on faith & family.

I'm also proud to be the father of two incredible sons, Matthew and Scott. Watching them grow into remarkable men has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Our family has continued to grow, and I'm grateful for my daughter-in-law, Emily, and the love and joy she brings to our family. Whether we're gathered around the dinner table, celebrating milestones, or simply enjoying time together, those moments remind me what truly matters.

Our family also includes two four-legged members who bring smiles to our home every day, our dogs, Maverick and Goose. They have a special way of reminding us to enjoy the simple moments in life.

My faith has always been the foundation of who I am, but it became even more real during the most difficult season of my life. After surviving multiple cardiac arrests, an extended stay in the intensive care unit, several weeks on life support and the challenges that followed, including statge 5 kidney failure, I experienced firsthand how fragile life can be. Throughout that journey, I witnessed the incredible power of prayer, the kindness of friends and strangers, and God's faithfulness in ways I never imagined.

There were moments when the future was uncertain, yet I never felt alone. My family stood beside me. Friends and colleagues lifted me up. Countless people prayed for me. Through it all, my faith gave me hope when hope was hard to find.

Today, I don't see every challenge as something to overcome, I see it as an opportunity to encourage someone else. Whether I'm leading a team, speaking to an audience, mentoring future leaders, or sharing my kidney transplant journey, my desire is the same: to leave people with hope, purpose, and the confidence that even life's greatest obstacles can become part of a greater story.

I believe every day is a gift.

I believe every person has a purpose.

And I believe that when we lead with integrity, compassion, humility, and faith, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of others.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and learn more about my story. Whether you're here to learn about living kidney donation, leadership, or simply to get to know me better, I hope you leave encouraged and reminded that hope is always worth holding onto.
